This was some kind of “Digital Flyer” attempt for the «ensemble proton bern».

I find it annoying that they used to mail the digital version of the flyer with e-mail. For me that’s somehow an inappropriate use of the flyer because with the low resolution of the emails you usually can’t see a thing nor read anything. PDF is also bad, because that comes within an attachment and you have to open it first.

So my idea was to create some sort of animated youtube flyer.

But you can’t embed youtube videos into e-mail. Some mails allow it and some don’t so you newer know what happens.

Therefor I see digital flyers as a unsolved problem. Coolest thing would be a sequential animated png embedable within the email.

So it’s somehow a failed attempt. But it was fun to create it :)
